My mom ordered Jess straight from the AGPNY on Thursday and our personal shopper said she will be here probably Monday or Tuesday and so its Monday and she is not here..I was wondering how long it took to gt your Jess.
With the holidays, I think shipping is off a little. I ordered my Jess on 12/31 (this past Saturday). I checked my order status and she is not in shipping yet.

We ordered Jess's ticket on 12/26 on the website. It took AG until 12/29 to get her on the tour bus. She has been sitting in an UPS station 45 minutes from our house since 12/30 at 5 a.m. UPS does not deliver Saturday or Sunday. They were off today for the New Years Holiday. Jess should arrive tomorrow.
If I would have known she would have to sit this long I would have paid for express shipping.

They'll then transfer you, and you might be lucky enough to speak to one right then, or you'll get their voice mail. They are VERY prompt and courteous about returning your call. They'll take your CC info, address, phone, etc and will even provide an email address (if you ask, they might forget to mention it, they're sometimes very busy, but still very accomodating.) I called AGPNY and spoke with a PS whom I purchased from this summer, and she sent me a 'perfect' Elizabeth. Now, I cut through the chase and call her direct. I ordered Jess on the 26th and she arrived on the 29th... I'll say it said she was not yet shipped until like tuesday night and wednesday (early night hours such as AM) it said she had been shipped but it took until later that day to give me information... and it ended up she was to be delivered the next day (thursday) So just because the process isn't showing on the website doesn't mean she isn't in transit. They've been moving pretty fast.
And the mail nor UPS ran today. I have a huge order of Angelina Ballerina stuff coming (I missed the delivery friday) and they are suppose to try again tomorrow!

I ordered her on Tuesday, Dec. 27 and she'll arrive today, according to tracking. I don't think there were any deliveries yesterday.
BTW, the tree swing got here right away and I've put it together to await Jess. It's really adorable and while it's tall, it's got a fairly small "footprint" so it's easier to fit in than I thought it would be. Now the carriage...that's a whole different story. That thing is HUGE.
I ordered mine on the 26th and she didn't even ship for 3 days. So then of course she got stalled during the New year holiday. She won't arrive until tomorrow!
